NORTH EAST FOOTBALL ACADEMY – BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By completing a booking with North East Football Academy (NEFA), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Payments will be returned if a camp has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved or weather conditions which NEFA Management deem to be unsafe. This applies to whole camps and individual days. Individual days are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

North East Football Academy, or any individual working on their behalf, are not responsible for any loss or injury sustained during their activities.

North East Football Academy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, any attendee who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive or behaviour that endangers the safety of other participants or staff. We will always look to resolve issues of this nature however the final decision will be at the discretion of NEFA Management.

Full information relating to relevant participant medical conditions should be provided as part of the registration process. Should this change prior to attending our camp(s), please email northeastfootballacademy@outlook.com.

As part of the registration process, you must declare whether you give permission for your child/children to be photographed or filmed for marketing and social media purposes. If you do not give permission for this your child/children will not feature in group photographs or close up images. Although due care and attention will be given, there may be a possibility that your child may feature in a larger scale photograph in the background or at a distance. Should your permissions regarding photographic consent change, you should inform us in writing by emailing the address above.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. In the situation where a camp is fully booked, priority will be given to applicants who have confirmed their space by way of payment.

NEFA does not refund spaces that have been missed or cancelled due to a participant’s own circumstances. Please contact us by email or phone (07507 708115) to discuss this should you require to cancel a space.

NEFA reserves the right to publish promotions and discounts at any time leading up to any camp(s). Eligible promotions or discounts cannot be applied to bookings that have already been completed.

In the event of warm weather, NEFA staff are not permitted to apply sun cream to participants unless a parent/guardian specifically emails us to request this.

Participants will not be permitted to leave camp without a designated adult present. Please inform us by email should your child/children have permission to walk home unsupervised.

In the event of inclement weather, camps will go ahead unless NEFA Management staff deem it unsafe to do so. In the case of outdoor venues, participants should attend fully prepared for changing weather conditions. NEFA staff are not permitted to leave individual, or groups of, children unsupervised and therefore all group members will be required to go outside with the group.
